I am deeply saddened by the passing of a great actressi was a fan of hers I followed her from when started started till it finished with the original crew to my view Nichelle was the stay point of startrek I think if she had left the series I dont think it would of been as good Nichelle you were a becon of light to many coloured men and women trying to make it in tv and movies thank you for your legacy u left behind you will be sadly missed
